Where is your store located?
We don’t have a physical store, but we’re based in California.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Ahhgela does not offer returns at this time. Refunds will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects.
We are happy to offer exchanges within the first 14 days of the customer receiving the product. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out the replacement the same week and provide a new tracking number.

Where do you ship?
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Most domestic orders will arrive 7-9 business days after being shipped. Orders shipped to Canada typically take 2 weeks to arrive, and most international orders arrive 7-25 days after tracking information is sent out.
Please note: shipping times may be longer than usual due to COVID-19.
How can I make changes to an existing order?
If you need to make changes to an existing order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change happen. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to make changes to your order.
Are these designs exclusive to Ahhgela?
Yes! All of our video game, manga, and anime-inspired designs are created by our in-house artist.
Do you only sell online?
Ahhgela also sells at various conventions throughout the year. Check out our convention schedule page for specific dates and locations!
Do you offer custom work?
Yes! Custom work requires a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces. Please reach out via our contact page our email us at email@example.com for more information regarding custom work and rates.
Do you take requests?
If there is a character or design you’d like to see, you are welcome to contact us with your suggestions! We cannot guarantee it will be made, but we strive to make as many people happy as possible.
